FAQs

01
How do I copy trade?

From the official website or the app homepage, go to the “Futures Copy Trading” page. Select your preferred trader and click Copy to enter the copy trading setup page. After completing the setup, you can view your current copied traders on the “My Copy Trading” page, where you can also adjust your copy settings. Once copy trading is activated, all trades will automatically follow the trader’s openings and closings at market price. You can also choose to close positions manually.

02
How do I become a trader?

From the website or app homepage, go to the “Futures Copy Trading” page and apply to become a trader. Once you meet the application requirements, you can complete the initial setup. After setup, you’ll become a lead trader and start copy trading with high profit shares.

03
Why did my copy trade fail?

Copy trading may fail for several reasons: insufficient account funds, not following the trader’s trading pair, exceeding the maximum copy limit, or copy amount less than one contract. For details, please check the in-site message you receive when copy trading fails.

04
